How does your pricing work?
We work on monthly retainers sized to your goals and number of projects. Ad spend is paid directly to Meta and Google, so you always see exactly where your budget goes.
How soon can we expect to see results?
Most clients see their first qualified enquiries within 2–3 weeks of launch. Campaigns typically reach stable, optimised performance within 60–90 days.
Do you work with off-plan projects?
Yes. Off-plan and pre-launch campaigns are a strong fit, especially for diaspora buyers attracted by payment plans and early pricing.
Do you only target diaspora buyers?
No. Diaspora and high-net-worth investors are a speciality, but we also run campaigns for local buyers, first-time homeowners and corporate clients.
What platforms do you use for advertising?
Mainly Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google (Search, Display and YouTube), with WhatsApp, email and SMS for follow-up.
