A landing page has one job: to turn a visitor into an enquiry. For property campaigns, the difference between a good and a poor landing page can halve or double your cost per lead. Use this checklist for every project page.
Above the fold
- A clear headline with the project name, location and key benefit
- A strong hero image or video of the property or its best feature
- Price or “from” price and payment plan headline
- One primary call to action, such as “Book an Inspection” or “Get the Brochure”
Building trust
- Title and approval details stated plainly
- Developer credentials: past projects, years in business, office address
- Testimonials from real buyers, with names and photos where permitted
- Construction progress or completion photos
Helping buyers decide
- Unit types and floor plans with sizes and prices
- Location map and nearby amenities such as schools, roads and shopping
- FAQs on payment, documentation and timelines
Capturing the lead
- A short form plus a WhatsApp button, so buyers can choose how to reach you, with instant follow-up
Don’t forget speed and tracking
Pages must load quickly on mobile data, and every enquiry should be tracked back to the ad that produced it. Need a page built? See our Website Development service.
